Answer:  That is a very tall order because the only suggestions that you can retain is that which you have already heard from Anna.  For in order to speak of your inner child we would have to be working on every level of your energy, go into all your past into all the memories.  Working specifically and directly with what is taking place at this moment.  

So therefore because that is something that we cannot do in this time and space, follow that which has been given.   When you are within your present moment and you are feeling a blockage that is negative emotion, you are to ask yourself a question, where is this coming from?  Why am I feeling this way?  I do not choose to feel this way and I am feeling it, so why am I choosing it?  You on one hand say I didn’t choose it, I don’t want it-and this is your dual reality.  

For there is a part of every Be-ing that doesn’t want to chose what it is their choosing and it is that you are choosing out of habit.  It is choosing out of a pattern that has been deeply ingrained within the consciousness.  So therefore that is the first realization that you need to posses when you are battling with the feeling and the blockage.  Then you are to question where did you choose this from? Why am I choosing this feeling?  

If you have difficulty finding out the reason you might at first find a surface reason, you might at first say I chose this because that person reminded me of someone else in my past, someone I used to be friends with and they remind me of that person so that is why I’m feeling this way.  

Now that is one layer but it always goes deeper.  You should always question yourself to the deepest level you can go.  

Begin to keep notes write down your feelings.  This is an excellent way to work by yourself.  When one is working by himself and he does not have a helper in this path of working, a good and excellent method is to everyday at the end of the day write down all the feelings that you remember.  I went to the grocery store and I felt like this-I got a phone call and I felt this way-I was alone for three hours and these are the thoughts and feelings that came up.  You keep a log and by the end of the week you read the whole week and you begin to see similarity in your experiences.  

When you see the similarity you zero in on them and trace them back to your childhood.  This is a good beginning for you and for all of you. 

All Be-ings can work in this way and it is extremely useful.

 We will now take the next question.

 Question: I don’t think it’s fair that we have to deal and manifest so much negativity when we are capable of doing much more, we can draw in the positive to us by thinking or living in the positive.  I don’t know why we are more inclined to be negative than positive.

 Astra:  The reason you are so well equipped is because as a spiritual Be-ing when you were one with the creative force you were of course in your true identity.  Totally equipped to live in the light and to live in the manifestation of the good, to live in the positive.  That is still there, it still exists.  All that is really manifesting here is that you have forgotten it, you are in sleep state, and have separated from the memory of your true identity.  

So therefore you are angels, fallen angels, as you have been called, and you have come into the physical world and you have come in without your true identity in your memory at this time   

As you continuously began experimenting with the negative, you were experimenting creating through the darkness, working in the limited vibration-you became trapped by it, you became trapped by the seduction of the physical material.  

Because you began through this limited way of creating you began to create more and more physical manifestations and in these physical manifestations you began to believe that they were your reality, because they took form and matter.  Form and matter creates a physical substance which in your consciousness no longer is existing in the reality of the God consciousness, so you believe that these physical manifestations are your reality.

This all becomes more and more your focus-you get lost in this consciousness.  This did not happen over night-this did not happen in one lifetime-this has been taking multitudes of lifetimes to manifest.  

Earth has been within this cycle for multitudes of your earth years and the energies upon it have been gradually sinking more and more and more into forgetfulness, so therefore it is not an individual person that we are speaking of, an individual entity that is lost in darkness-it is all of creation in the physical that is lost in the perception of the material and therefore lost in creating through ego consciousness which is darkness-creating through the dark.  

The light is still present, the light is who you are. All of creation is still one with the Creator.  Creation is still functioning out of love and light and is expanding.  It is only this part of the consciousness (ego) that is working through the darkness.

 This is very difficult to visualize and very difficult to explain in material terms, but we will try to guide you to see what we are saying to you so you may understand it more clearly.  

You are in the physical body and at the same instant you are with God, you are with the Creator, you are with the One.  Why? Because the mind of the One is your mind-the heart of the One is your heart.  The vibration, the color, the light, and sound all is with the One creative force.  You are One with it at all times. You never leave the Creator, you never left the Creator’s side.  

Now there is this energy that is what you may visualize as a stream of light-just as when you look at your sky you see this lattice of light in the sky and all these streams of light come down and it is a reflection, God reflecting into this physical manifestation called earth, which has been created from the One mind.  

You are these little reflections of light that are in body, that is why we say to you this earth is an illusion, you are in a place, it is not your reality-yet these reflections are powerful, they are of the Creator, they are one with the Creator, they posses all wisdom, and all knowledge, they posses all creative capabilities that are endless-they stream in at their beginnings, as they are streaming in at their beginnings they are one with the consciousness of the One and they are reflecting that consciousness into this physical substance and they are enjoying connecting with the physical substance that they created, (God created). 

You are the streams of light, all the extensions of the One are intermingling, feeling, touching, sensing, smelling, many different sensations.  Remember creation is continuous, it is always moving. This is a new level of creating and so this vibration, these streams of light get lost in the creating, the creating becomes so joyful expansion keeps going and going and rivers are created  and animals are created, and trees are created, the sky is created and all these creations that have all  this substance to it directs the streams of light to create the body, in order to become even more intimate with its physical creation.  These streams of light are streams of consciousness.  

You created the physical body in order to enter it and to experience the feeling of the physical creation.  Becoming the physical creation in order to become more intimate with it.  This is extremely enjoyable, and it becomes more and more enjoyable, until there is a forgetfulness that takes you over.  The enjoyment of it and in order to enjoy it your wisdom of the creation must be cut down, because there must be a focus right into this physical experience in order to experience the physical to the fullest.  

So this stream of consciousness starts to cut off the larger consciousness in order to experience the physical creation.  It begins and you become more and more entrapped.  

The reality again is that it is an illusion that you are trapped in.  Because you have cut off the consciousness to the God self (where you are at all times, never, ever leaving,) you do not remember that this is an illusion.  You are asleep and this becomes your reality.  

That is why you are on this journey why you came in to this creation, you came in to experience your God self through this manifested creation-You became involved, enthralled and entrapped and you are working to unravel to become who you are in truth.  It is a very deep process with many levels to it.  

All this has been created, by the Creator. All these streams of consciousness that call themselves man and woman on the earth plane are the creative force, the consciousness that created the entrapment is you.  

Now this may sound extremely complex and even contradictory, but it is not a contradiction, because in your  God consciousness you are always one with all of creation-you are always in bliss-you are always expanding-you are always within unconditional love.  Within the streams of consciousness that became trapped within the experiment called earth, you are still God consciousness, but you are operating with a very major door closed and you are working to find the closed door and open it once more.  

Is this understood?

Question:  A few weeks ago at one of these lectures we discussed that we were not our bodies, we were colors and sounds and vibration.  I wanted you to expand on that.  Once we find our sounds and colors does this help us to balance our energy?

 Astra:  Once you find yourself you balance and reconnect through your consciousness.  You are finding yourselves in all of these multitudes of ways in the physical, so therefore then finding the tone is extremely valuable.  Finding out what your mission is –is extremely important because it leads you back to your true identity and leads you closer to the True self.  

Therefore when you are working in spirit then you are peeling away the extraneous layers that have nothing to do with your God consciousness, and all to do with the total illusion that comes from the ego consciousness.  

When you are working in your God consciousness you are working through spirit, and you are seeking your True vibration.  You are seeking to find out what it is that resonates within you, what sound resonates, what color resonates, what senses are more acute than others, and also and most importantly where is your heart and how does the heart open because until the heart is opened you will not find the way out of this physical entanglement.  Every Be-ing on the earth plane is here to learn how to open the heart.  

Love is the description of your True identity, it speaks of your Godliness- most Be-ings on the earth plane are blocked in the heart chakra because there is great fear and confusion and misunderstanding in the ego perception that does not allow the heart to open.  Sometimes the heart opens a little bit then slams shut again, other times it opens further and something manifests within the illusion that shuts it again.  

The reality is that the work should be continuous to open the heart.   How do you open the heart?  The answer is you open it to yourself first. You must open to love yourself and the only possible way to love yourself is to truly know yourself.  Learn about yourself to the depth of yourself, know when you are within ego, when you are in the illusion. 

Confront your darkness and give to yourself the power to walk into the light, this shows great love for your own Be-ing.  The more love you show to your own Be-ing through this healing process of the self, the discovery process of the self the more you are free to open your heart to others-to all of creation-to the Creator, then the door is open. This is your path it is taken in multitudes of ways because you are all expressing in multitudes of ways within the physical earth.  You are expressing the God energy in multitudes of ways therefore each Be-ing must find his path to his own heart.

 Question: Was love designed as a tool to help us to create? Does love open the soul energy?

 Astra:  Love is what you are, love is who you are, love is your True substance.  For you are pure love, therefore in your physical ego consciousness you can direct the love in a way in which you acknowledge it as a tool for yourself.  In other words acknowledge that you are love, know that you are of the Creator and the Creator is love unconditional.  

Acknowledge that love exists within your own Be-ing.  Acknowledge that it is corrupted because it is seen through your ego consciousness and therefore it is not pure and it is not unconditional.  Love shows itself to the ego and through the ego in many ways.  You can say to yourself that you will use that love through the ego in order to heal the parts of the ego that are pulling away from the love and gravitating towards darkness and pain and greed and judgment, you can consciously say to yourself  I must heal through my ego. 

Ego is now all you have in your conscious mind, in your earthly world.  You must gently guide the ego into accepting the love at whatever level it can accept.  Direct the love through the ego and eliminate the darkness from the egos consciousness.  When you are working on yourself and going deep within, you are facing your darkness by using the love to go there and you are helping your ego to penetrate its false belief systems. In order to heal through your ego consciousness your ego must feel loved enough to accept the healing.   We will now ground Anna’s energy.
